Open the driver profile and check the Mobile money transactions tab. If the payment is there but not in the payment history, it is a matching problem. Check Reconciliation for an unmatched payment of that amount on that date.

Check for drivers marked Pending setup, who carry no daily amount, and check the daily amount on each vehicle model. Suspended drivers do not count toward the target.

The driver is probably paying from a mobile money account registered in another name. Record the sender name in the notes on their profile so the next person handling reconciliation recognizes it.
