# Organization settings

> Defaults that apply to your whole fleet organization: currency, locale, timezone, and reconciliation start date.

Settings apply to the active fleet organization. Only the Fleet Admin role can change them. See [Users and roles](/setup/users-and-roles).

## The settings

<ResponseField name="Organization name">
  The name shown at the top of the dashboard and on reports.

<ResponseField name="Support email and phone">
  The contact details your drivers are given.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Currency">
  The currency all figures are shown in. Rwandan fleets use RWF.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Loan month days">
  The number of days the platform treats as a month when it converts a daily amount into a monthly figure.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Reconciliation start date">
  The platform does not scan or match any transaction dated before this date. Leave it empty to scan everything.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Default locale">
  The language and region used to format the interface.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Timezone">
  The timezone that decides when a day starts and ends for collections. Rwandan fleets use Africa/Kigali.

<ResponseField name="Fiscal year start month">
  The month your financial year begins, used for reporting periods.
</ResponseField>

<Warning>
  The reconciliation start date and the timezone both change which payments land on which day. Change them only when you understand the effect on figures your bank has already seen.

Select **Save changes** to apply, or **Discard** to abandon your edits.
