# Glossary

> Terms used across the Swapinga Fleet dashboard.

<ResponseField name="Collection rate">
  Collected divided by target over a period, as a percentage. The dashboard shows it over seven days.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Confidence score">
  How certain the platform is that an incoming payment belongs to a particular driver, from 0% to 100%.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Daily repayment">
  The fixed amount a driver pays each day toward the vehicle, set by the vehicle model. The product screens label this field "daily versement", which is the term commonly used in Kigali for the same thing.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Drive to Own">
  The financing product under which a driver repays the vehicle daily and takes ownership at the end of the term.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Gap">
  Target minus collected for a driver or for the whole fleet on a given day.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Pending setup">
  A driver record that is missing information the platform needs, usually the vehicle assignment. These drivers carry no daily amount.

<ResponseField name="Reconciliation">
  Matching an incoming payment to the driver it came from, so that it counts toward collections.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Repayment progress">
  How much of the financed amount a driver has repaid, as a percentage.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="SMS ingestion">
  The platform reading mobile money payment notification messages. Parsed messages were read successfully, unparsed messages were not.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Target">
  The total daily amount owed by all active drivers for a given day.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="Unmatched payment">
  Money received that the platform could not attribute to a driver. It does not count toward collections until it is resolved.
</ResponseField>
